Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returnable Items:

Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

Items must be in original condition with all tags and labels intact.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

A copy of your digital order number/invoice confirmation is required as proof of purchase.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Customized or altered abayas/jalebies.

Items bought during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.

Cosmetics and skincare products (non-returnable/non-exchangeable).

Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper care.

Items that show signs of perfume, makeup stains, or alterations.

3. Return and Exchange Outcomes
Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only for size or design, subject to availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may:

Choose another item of equal value, OR

Receive store credit (valid for 30 days).

First size exchange shipping is complimentary.
Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of: Manufacturing defects or Incorrect item delivered.

Approved returns will be issued as:

Store credit, OR

Refund to original payment method (processing time: 7–14 working days).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items Procedure

Contact: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Evidence: Share clear photos/videos of the item and the packaging.

We will offer a full refund, repair, or replacement for any manufacturing faults, including all shipping costs.

Failure to report within this time frame may result in rejection of the request.

For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
