Order Management & Logistics Policy

​ 1. Order Confirmation and Processing

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation message/email.

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment has been verified.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless stated otherwise.

  • Taxes: Prices are inclusive of VAT.

  • Price Changes: Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Online Payment Gateways, and Cash on Delivery (if applicable).

  • Security: All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

3. Pre-Booking and Customization

  • Pre-Booking: Available for selected items as indicated on the platform.

  • Customization Services: Stone work, embroidery, or design customization is available upon request.

  • Charges: Additional charges may apply for customization. Please contact us for detailed information.

4. Order Cancellation

​

  • Ready-made Orders: Please contact us for cancellation within 24 hours of order placement.

  • Customized Orders: Cancellation requests must be made within 6 hours of order placement.

  • Dispatch Limit: Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 working days.

  • Variations: Delivery timelines vary depending on location and product availability.

  • Tracking: We will send you a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

  • Delays: Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.

6. Customer Responsibility and Policy Modification

  • Accurate Details: Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

  • Size Selection: Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size for abayas and jalabiyas. Please refer to the size guide before placing an order.

  • Policy Updates: Nora Binna reserves the right to modify this purchase policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on the website.
