  • Currency : All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Taxes : Prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).

  • Price Changes : Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, its price will not be affected.

  • Accepted Methods : We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Online Payment Gateways, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

  • Security : All digital payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

3. Order Processing and Confirmation

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation message/email.

  • Processing: Orders are processed only after successful payment has been received and verified.

  • Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including, but not limited to: stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or confirmed pricing errors.

4. Pre-Booking and Customization

  • Pre-Booking: Pre-booking options are available for selected items as indicated on the product page.

  • Customization Services: Customization for features such as stone work, embroidery, or design modifications is available upon request.

  • Additional Charges: Please note that additional charges may apply for customization services. Please contact us directly for detailed quotes and inquiries.

5. Out of Stock Items

  • Stock Notification: For items currently out of stock, customers may request to be notified when the item is back in stock.

  • Procedure: If you select the "Notify me when stock is ready" option, we will send you an email/notification once the product has been replenished.
